Biography

Ms. Longobucco’s practice focuses on business and intellectual property litigation, including actions involving patent, copyright and trademark infringement, false advertising, technology licensing, and intra-corporate disputes. She has represented a broad variety of clients ranging from individual inventors and entrepreneurs to universities and major hardware and software companies. Ms. Longobucco has practiced in New York and Washington, D.C. as well as in Boston and has litigated cases throughout the United States in both state and federal courts and in arbitration.
