Ms. Longobucco's practice focuses on business and intellectual property litigation, including actions involving patent, copyright and trademark infringement, false advertising, technology licensing, and intra-corporate disputes. She has represented a broad variety of clients ranging from individual inventors and entrepreneurs to universities and major hardware and software companies.
