Alternative Dispute Resolution

We have extensive experience with various forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), including arbitration and mediation. For many of our clients, binding arbitration has proven to be a quicker, less expensive way to resolve disputes. Our attorneys have obtained favorable results in arbitrations administered by the American Arbitration Association and other organizations. David S. Godkin is a member of the Commercial Panel of the American Arbitration Association.

We routinely use of mediation to resolve cases where appropriate. Through effective presentations to a neutral mediator, we have achieved favorable settlements for our clients, and have saved months of litigation time and expense in the process. Scott A. Birnbaum is a certified mediator.

Local Counsel Services
