Biography

Robert N. Feldman is a partner in the firm. Mr. Feldman has litigated numerous business matters, including non-compete cases, breach of contract actions and intra-corporate disputes. Mr. Feldman's practice focuses on business disputes for companies and individuals ranging from contract actions to multi-million dollar complex litigation. Mr. Feldman has represented some of the area's most successful venture capital firms, as well as dozens of emerging and established companies. Mr. Feldman has a national practice, and has tried cases to juries, judges in state and federal court.

On a pro bono basis, Mr. Feldman helped found the New England Innocence Project ("NEIP"), which seeks to exonerate the wrongly convicted using DNA technology. He currently serves as a member of the NEIP Board of Trustees.
