Alternative Dispute Resolution

We have extensive experience with various forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), including arbitration and mediation. For many of our clients, binding arbitration has proven to be a quicker, less expensive way to resolve disputes. Our attorneys have obtained favorable results in arbitrations administered by the American Arbitration Association and other organizations. David S. Godkin is a member of the Commercial and Employment Panels of the American Arbitration Association, the FINRA Arbitration Panel, and the CPR Panel of Distinguished Neutrals.

We routinely use of mediation to resolve cases where appropriate. Through effective presentations to a neutral mediator, we have achieved favorable settlements for our clients, and have saved months of litigation time and expense in the process. Scott A. Birnbaum is a certified mediator.
